Placing an OrderOnce an order has been submitted, you will receive an order number along with a confirmation email. If you have not received your confirmation email, your email address may have been entered incorrectly. Please contact us to confirm your order. Once the order is placed online, your credit card is charged immediately. Order submission authorizes us to charge your card before any work begins on your order. Orders and proof approvals must be received by 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time to be considered as an order or approval for that day, otherwise the order will be considered received on the following business day. Orders and proof approvals received on Weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day. Blank Stock We offer a wide variety from birth announcements to parties to shower, engagement, and rehearsal invitations that are ink jet and laser printer friendly. Many styles give you the capabilities to do it yourself. Please note that every printer is different, we suggest ordering a sample to test with your printer. If you order blank stock cards, your cards may be shipped to you from our facility or directly from the manufacturer. Custom Printed Invitations We offer printing services in which Paige’s Paperie does the printing for you. All printing prices, unless otherwise noted, are for offset (flat) printing. Choose the Custom Printed by Paige’s Paperie button. You will then be taken to the personalization fields. After completing the personalization fields, choose quantity desired from the drop down menu and then click the “Add to Cart” button and follow the checkout procedures. Proofing System All printed items (unless otherwise noted), will receive a proof within 2 business days (not including Saturday and Sunday) after your order is placed. During the proofing process you are able to make changes to your proof. Once your proof has been approved, your approval will be sent to our printing department. Your order will not be printed until we receive an approval from you. Shipping Paiges Paperie ships via UPS. We offer Ground, 3 day Air, 2 Day Air or Overnight Shipping. Blank stock items may ship directly from the manufacturer's facility. All of our manufactures ship via UPS. Paiges Paperie often ships directly from various manufacturers directly to your home. Shipping time varies depending on your location; typically you will receive your package 1 - 4 business days after the product leaves the facility. All printed products are in house 3 - 5 business days unless otherwise noted. Once your product leaves our facility, we ship according to your chosen shipping method. Please note, Express Shipments: Overnight, 2 day air and 3 day air shipping, only takes effect once the product leaves our facility. For instance, if you order a printed invitation with overnight shipping, you product will be in house 3 - 5 business days it ships, once your product ships you will receive your package the next day. Shipping Transit Time Ground: 1 - 5 business days depending on your location. 3 Day Air: 3 business days 2 Day Air: 2 business days Next Day Air: Next business day Please note: The day your order ships, does not count as a shipping day. For instance if your order ships on Monday and you ordered overnight shipping, you will receive it on Tuesday. 2 day air shipping, Wednesday. 3 Day Air, Thursday. Saturday and Sunday are not business days. FedEx or UPS Saturday Delivery are the only services in which you will receive a Saturday delivery. Saturday Delivery must be requested in advance. FedEx or UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day Air is delivered on weekdays only. Shipping Restrictions Paiges Paperie ships packages Monday - Friday. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally. We require a house or business location address for shipping. Once a package is shipped, UPS is unable to upgrade the transit time. Please let us know in advance if you need to change your shipping method. Please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, product availability, or other conditions out of our control. We will try to inform you if there are any delays to your order. In some rare occasions, products may be on backorder or out of stock, we will contact you if this occurs. Payment and Sales Tax Paiges Paperie accepts MasterCard, and Visa. All payment is required at the time of purchase. Paiges Paperie is located in New York. We are required to collect 8.65% sales tax for all New York residents. Residents outside of New York will not be charged sales tax. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Once an order has placed, printed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned (blank stock or printed). Printed Orders We are not able to accept returns for custom printed orders. By approving your order you are agreeing the proof is ready to print. Once the proof is approved, and the order has been printed, the client is responsible for any additional charges for reproduction. Paige’s Paperie will not print your order until we receive a final approval by email. Errors: If there is a printing error on your order due on our behalf, please email our Customer Service department within 3 business days after receiving your printed order, so we may correct the error. Keep in mind that Paige’s Paperie uses your approval of text and invitation to start printing. Orders that need to be reprinted will not result in additional cost to the customer. We reserve the right to have products with errors shipped back to us at our cost. If the mistake is a customer error (date change, wrong phone number, etc), special considerations are made and we offer a 15% discount on the printing and paper charges plus our standard shipping costs. If your order has not yet been printed or worked on in any way, we can try to cancel it, please contact us right away. Blank stock orders Most blank items are shipped within 1 - 2 business days. If the order is shipped from the manufacturer, we will pass the manufacturer's cancellation fee on to the customer and will refund the difference. Please note, many items ship the same day you placed your order. We cannot guarantee we can catch the shipment before it leaves our shipping facility or the manufacturers. Once the order ships, there is a 15% restocking fee for returned items, Holiday orders 20% restocking fee, and shipping fees will not be refunded. Printed Orders There is a $15.00 cancellation fee once the order is received and work has begun in any way (proof). Orders cannot be canceled if the order is approved and printed. Some items are special orders and may not be cancelled. This includes orders for over 100 invitations or cards. Sample Requests You may order as many samples as desired. Most sample requests will ship within 1 - 3 business day after you placed your order. Some samples will ship to you directly from manufacturer’s facility. You may receive samples in several different shipments. Samples are shipped via US Mail. Transit time for samples varies upon where you are located. Envelope Stuffing Assembly prices do not include envelope stuffing. Envelope stuffing is an additional $.15 cents for single invitations. Minimum order of 100 envelopes stuffed. Invitation Assembly Paiges Paperie offers the convenience of invitation assembly for an additional for a $1.00 each. Each invitation is different and may include die cut perforation, bow or embellishment attachment. Assembly does not include stuffing of envelopes. Assembly may delay your order by 1 - 2 business days. |
